A year ago, an amazing team worked with me on a beautiful bride’s wedding! While I already had one friend in the bridal party, but by the end of getting everyone ready, I walked away with a few more. So, happy First Anniversary to my beautiful friend, Chelsea! I hope it’s been a fabulous day!

Earlier this year, I was privileged to once again work with Lindsay Horn Photography for her catalog shoot with her 2019 Senior Spokesmodels. I was assisted by the fabulous Chala Frieze on makeup and Kasey Stewart on hair. I absolutely love getting to know these amazing young ladies a little on such a fun-filled day. It makes for an even more relaxing and silly time when I get to see them again for their actual senior sessions later in the year!

These beautiful collages were put together by Lindsay of Lindsay Horn Photography, who also took the photos in the first place!

Pretty: Dramatic

My last show before baby makes her debut was a farce set parallel to the events of King Kong. When I'm working with vintage styles, unless the actress is just awesome at doing her own hair and is familiar with the techniques, I prefer to employ wigs.

Sometimes the wigs are supposed to look classic and styled, like the picture above. And sometimes they are supposed to look ridiculous, like the ones below!

The script called for his wig to be obviously fake, and to look "like a pigeon...sitting on a toilet."

I couldn't wait to get the pictures back from yesterday's early hair and makeup session my gorgeous friend and bootcamp instructor, Meghan! She is one of the most beautiful people I've ever met. Inside and out. Her Fit Heart philosophy and approach to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals is inspiring and amazing! My job was to whip her face and hair into shape for her photoshoot. She wanted a more glam bronze smokey eye and some big waves for her gorgeous blonde lion's mane!
